The third body is the Positive Mind, also known as the expansive and projective mind. It is hopeful, optimistic, creative, and playful. It seeks the bright side of things and is open to new opportunities. When the Positive Mind is out of balance, you can become reckless, unprepared, gullible, or easily influenced. You may make foolish choices or become overwhelmed with negative thoughts. People with a balanced Positive Mind have an infectious joy, magnetic energy, and can elevate and inspire those around them. They are caring, nurturing, humble, optimistic, and wise.

"Clearing the Blocks" series
Sometimes when we intend to do something, our ego gets the best of us and we are unable to see it through. This meditation is a tool to strengthen the clarity and positivity of our will so that the highest good of our intentions is not waylaid by circumstance. It takes away the ‘couldn’t’ and gives us our excellence.

The Jupiter energy in us is the energy that gives us civilization. It helps us understand our life. Jupiter is responsible for our prosperity, our purity and our powerful projection. You are dealing with a simple planet with a simple projection. Your complete
focus makes a difference. Concentrate on your Jupiter finger and feel the phrase: “Proper power and prosperity.”
"Clearing the Blocks" series
Pt 1: Let heaven drop virtues into the palm of your hand. From the closed eyes, concentrate behind your eyes—not at the third eye point—and feel the virtues dropping into your hands. The moment your virtues start coming, your hands will feel the gravity of lead, then the weight of silver, then gold, and finally platinum.Pt 2: When you lock the pinkie, you lock the earth. With both hands locked in this way, your meditation becomes an irrevocable prayer

TO BE DONE BEFORE BED
In the tongue, the pair of nadis called the ida and pingala meet with the central nadi, the shushmana. That is the only place where the three powers meet—ida, pingala and shushmana; nowhere else is that union possible. Everywhere else they crisscross each other; the tongue is the only place where all three are straight. When you chant this mantra it will create an experience of unison—an intercourse, a merger—and you will be happy. So chant with your tongue not with your mouth. It takes about 30 seconds to chant this. So, in one minute you can chant this whole Ashtang Mantra twice. There are eight powers described in these words—the eight facets of God that you have to deal with, whether you like it or not: Gobinday, one who sustains us; Mukanday, one who liberates us; Udaaray, one who takes us across, uplift us; Apaaray, one who is Infinite; Hareeang, one who does everything; Kareeang, one who by grace everything is done; Nirnamay, one who is not bound down, he is without the identity of the name; Akaamay, one who is by itself. These are the eight facets. HAR is a Shakti Yog mantra. HAR is the original God, and sometimes, if you chant just that one word, HAR, with me, you will realize God in just a couple of seconds. When your subconscious hears this mantra at night, it will not allow for garbage. The subconscious will become pure. Acknowledge and practice this for 10-15 minutes in the evening and in the morning; it will do the work. Learn one thing: become the hub and everything will come to you, become the rim and you will go everywhere. When you want two hundred thousand things, where are you going to go? You go crazy running this way and that way, and who cares? That’s not living; that is hustling.
"Clearing the Blocks" series
Pt 1: Whosoever perfects this breathing science with this posture can conquer one’s own death.
Sit in absolute silence and don’t worry. The hammer bone of your inner ear will bring changes. You don’t have to do a thing. Just set yourself in perfect posture and breathe consciously. The rest will be taken care of. Try not to hear the sound. Try to block the sound. Use your mental control to concentrate only on the breath and the posture.
Pt 2: This second exercise will change the metabolism and the blood stream. The glandular system will secrete differently. We practice these exercises as a science—not as a mythology. To us, there is no mystery. It’s a well-known, organized, scientific reality. Every person has the right to progress and every progressive self has to have a definite discipline, to create a frequency and a projection. To us, that is God. This is a very funny exercise. You will laugh at it, but do it fully and you will understand why you are doing it. The Jupiter finger is a finger of wisdom and tranquility.
Pt 3: There is a part in the hemispheres of our brain called the third neurological plate cycle that sets the pattern of our personality. In one hundred years, medically, they are going to figure this out. There is a little stem of the brain—they don’t know what it does. But it has three rings to set your temperament, your metabolism and your pattern.
This meditation works on the third neurological plate that sets our pattern, our personality and our projection. The exercise is not very beautiful because it will move you and it will shake you up. It is not fashionable; it requires you to work. But, God, if you can take that dead part of you out, you will be living again.

"Clearing the Blocks" series
This mantra fixes the mind to prosperity and power. It contains the eight facets of the Self with Har, the original force of Creativity. The four repetitions of Har give power to all aspects and provide the power to break down the barriers of the past. It converts fear into the determination to use and expand the reserve energy of the Navel Point. It invokes guidance and sustenance; all powers come to serve your true purpose. A Sacred Mantra.
06.08.23
Do we have a reserve system to get to our destination despite the snowstorm? Our energy can be flowing, we can eat well, sleeping enough, but if our adrenals fail, it is hard to keep up. We get tired and snappy. Glandular balance, and in particular, strong adrenals and kidneys are important to have that extra edge, to control anger and hypoglycemia. Without strong adrenals and kidneys, the heart can't function well.

When we chant "ONG" the sound "ng," stimulates the cavity in the skull in which the pituitary rests. When the cavity is vibrated properly, the pituitary gland triggers and awakens a more active relationship to the other key higher gland, the pineal gland.

Understand Guru Nanak's words, Ek Ong Kaar, "The universe is created by the One, and you are part of that One." Have patience and wait. Things will start happening. All prosperity is based on opportunity, though you believe opportunity has to be caught. But it will only happen when the Hand of the Creator is behind it, not when you involve the ego.
'Refining the Mind and Developing the Intuition Series'
It may take a few months to bring this meditation under your control, but if you do this meditation for 90 days, it can activate your brain so that you can know exactly what is what. It can make it intuitively possible for you to live creatively to your own potential and to tap the opportunities around you.

Age is measured by the flexibility of the spine: to stay young, stay flexible. It is a good series to do before meditation. Many people report good mental clarity after regular practice of this kriya. A contributing factor is the increased circulation of the spinal fluid, which is crucially lined to having a good memory.
The closing meditation begins with a short experience of the One-Minute Breath and moves into a silent, comfortable, peaceful meditation of stillness.

Physiological effects of the one minute breath include:Optimized cooperation between the brain hemispheres, dramatic calming of anxiety, fear and worry, openness to feeling one's presence and the presence of spirit, stronger intuition, whole-brain functioning- especially the old brain and the frontal hemisphere.
~Yogi Bhajan
On an average you breathe 20-25 breaths per minute. In 'good' health you breathe 10 times a minute and a 'mentally balanced' person breathes 7-9 breathes per minute. Fewer than that and you are a yogi.

For each of us on the path, there are two qualities that must be present if we are to achieve a life of prosperity - a life that is pro-spirit. The first quality is containment, which creates an opportunity to deliver oneself to the second quality - a state of contentment.
This meditation delivers both aspects. It creates a direct connection to the radiant body-our largest aura-and gives us control of the mind. Control of our mind gives us the opportunity to allow contentment as a choice, a state of being to be assimilated into our daily awareness as a dominant feature of the psyche.

This mantra is said to attract prosperity and dispel negativity. When we think or talk negatively, that negativity creates conflict with our authentic self. Many traditions suggest instead cultivating an attitude of gratitude, in which we are grateful for every breath of life. This attitude of gratitude creates an upward spiral of positivity, moving us toward prosperity.

The Subtle Body is one of the ten Bodies recognized in Kundalini Yoga. It is the body that attracts opportunities and brings good fortune. This kriya works to strengthen the Subtle Body and also the Arcline, which influences both your ability to receive intuitive information, and the power of the information you are sending out. In addition to these benefits, it is said to give you a bright, shining countenance.
07.20.23
This meditation is for the arcline and to clear the karma that has been stocked up in it. You’ll experience what Wahe Guru actually means. Remember, the power of Infinity is not outside of you, it is inside of you. When “I” and Infinity create impact, you’ll become totally divine. Otherwise there’s a duality which keeps you away from reality, and the pain is great.

After clearing the mind of the other distracting thoughts and attachments, it has tremendous capacity and creativity when focused and beaming. Use that beaming faculty. Become still and project the mind to create your future and your relationship to the world. The best way to practice this on an empty stomach with only liquids taken during the day.

All people have an arcline as part of the aura, which extends from ear to ear over the brow - like a halo. These Arclines serve as a center of protection and projection for the individual. Women have two Arclines, the one from ear to ear, and the second from nipple to nipple across the Heart Center. The Heart Center Arcline is imprinted with the experiences a woman has gone through in her life.

Our electromagnetic energy field is known as the aura. A strong and balanced aura will help protect you from negative energy and keep you healthy.
This set builds your physical energy and stamina. It strengthens the navel energy. Then it rhythmically moves the meridian energy from the Third Chakra to the Eighth Chakra and back. This dance of energy builds all the chakras and the radiance of the aura. It is the kind of kriya you can master gradually and that becomes increasingly delightful as your aura expands.
08.16.23
The Seventh Body is the aura, the electromagnetic field that is generated by a human being that surrounds her up to nine feet in every direction. When your aura is weak, you seem vulnerable to everything that passes by or through you. When your aura is strong, negative influences are automatically filtered. A strong aura establishes your sense of domain and fills the room with your presence.
Mantra: "I am Light. I am Bright. I am Beautiful. I am Strong. I am Kind. Wahe Guru."

Sattvic means pure, true, and balanced, and it represents contentment, joy, peace, and harmony.
The posture in this meditation is one of the best ways to adjust your navel point. Through this exercise you can change the grey matter in your brain, entire nervous system, and spinal column.
If you want to experience reincarnation into nirvana, do this meditation for 11 minutes. It will make you sattvic with all.
08.22.23
This meditation refines the sattvic guna of your mind. Sattvic means pure, true, and balanced, and it represents contentment, joy, peace, and harmony.
The 2-part kriya involves whistling along to the Ardas Bhaee mantra, which is said to answer prayers even when we don’t know what we’re praying for. If you cannot physically whistle, purse the lips and breathe as if you could whistle. Meditate on the sound in your mind.
08.23.23
This exercise is miraculous. When carried out with precision it will create harmony and this balance removes all tiredness. Nobody can enjoy life with a wavering mind and a turbulent mind can use up 40% of our energy. The only way to remove tiredness is to develop self-rhythm and for this we need to regulate our energy through our breath.
